April 2009 ... totalSOLUTION revolutionises delivery of customised Budget summaries

23-Apr-2009 04:05: A Budget Report summary is already live in all totalSOLUTION customer websites AND has been emailed out to their clients, hitting their clients' inboxes before other firms are even starting to put their reports in the post!

The report and email are fully customised for each firm, saving them time and money and making them stand out from the crowd .... and best of all they didn't have to do a thing to make this happen, they were all tucked up in bed when the work was done.

This is a standard part of the totalSOLUTION website service and is included in the website monthly fee.

December 2008 ... New Christmas eCard service raises £9k for charity

In October we launched a new Christmas eCard service for our customers. This innovative service allows us to collect pledged donations for national and regional charities, with 100% of the donation going to the charity. Click here to find out more.

On 17th December we sent out 27,000 eCARDS (to the clients of our accountants and solicitors), across 90 different customers, raising £9k for national and regional charities.

Following on from this success we already have plans on how we can expand the service for 2009.

September 2007 ... AccSys Joins Forces with Practice Track Online

January 2007 ... Changes Required To Websites And Electronic Documents

The government has recently issued new legislation extending the requirements for companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) to provide certain particulars about themselves on their websites and in electronic versions of all documents.

The new legislation became effective from 1 January 2007 and there are penalties for those who do not comply.

The changes mean that companies and LLPs must disclose their name, place of registration, registered number and the address of their registered office on their websites. This information must already be included on business letters and order forms. The new legislation extends the requirements to include this information to such documents in electronic format. As so many of us now conduct business correspondence by email, this has implications for the amount of information that must be included.
