The following AccSys systems and services are common to all of our solutions. All of our systems are built in house by our highly talented development team.
- Budget reports ... this enables emailing of budget information to clients. This ensures that the most up-to-date information is in front of your clients, branded to match your firm and looking like it's been sent by you. The content is provided by the publishing departments of our partners.
- click4text ... click4text simply translates websites into a text only version, without having to maintain a separate text only site. It can be accessed by a text only link at the top of each page. Different contrast options and font sizes are available for partially sighted users and the text is generated in such a way that their own browser settings will define the text size they require. The pages are also suitable for screen-reader software (used by blind users) to read. The system also helps with search engine optimisation.
- clientZONE ... through clientZONE we offer secure document storage and exchange via a secure web portal. The portal is branded to match the firm's website and gives the firm the administration rights to set-up client areas and access to those areas. It can be used for storing accounts and tax returns, swapping accounts data backups, exchanging reports, etc
- companyDATA ... allows online access to accounts and returns filed with Companies House, plus credit checking reports and analysis. The reports can are bought and delivered online via a firm's website.
- contactMANAGER ... this sits at the heart of our systems to help deliver the monthly newswire and budget reports. It also allows access to resources created within resourceMANAGER that need a login or registration for access. Contacts can be added individually, via the registration system or via the online admin area where contacts can also be edited, deleted or bulk uploaded. It also includes an unsubscribe system allowing contacts to unsubscribe directly from any emails sent, all automated within the system.
- Design ... our talented design team can produce both templated and bespoke websites. We don't charge a set-up fee for 99% of the sites we build. The design will be branded and stylised to match your corporate image and can incorporate flash if required. As part of the package we will offer you free redesign every 2 years, this will keep your website looking fresh and new.
- eFORMS ... allows for the systematic creation of online forms. It uses drag and drop to create forms and allows the user to define the messages displayed in the browser, the emails sent out on submission of the form and records all of the results in a database. It can also integrate with PayPal to take online payments.
- Hosting ... we host all of the websites that we produce so that they can make use of the platform of online, database driven services that we've built. We currently have 23 servers running our customer sites and services, expertly maintained by our support team. Our servers are co-located in a sophisticated datacentre, providing us with exceptional resources and an extremely high level of redundancy and reliability.
- HRmanager ... through an online wizard you will create a staff manual for your business. You simply answer a series of questions, following clear guidance notes, and the programme inserts all of your details so that it becomes your own practical staff manual. This manual can be generated and distributed to your staff. The generated manual will contain links to all relevant forms (ie sickness and absence, etc). You can tailor and upload your own forms as required. When you want to update your manual just make any necessary changes and generate a new version. You can use it to set your own internal standards, supported by relevant policies and procedures. You can be confident of its relevance through regular updates that reflect changes in employment legislation.
- mailENGINE+ ... this allows a firm to send their own content using our mailing systems. This allows for easy creation of marketing emails and allows for the merging of information, such as the recipients first name to provide a "Dear John" email.
- Maintenance ... we don't believe in content management systems for the brochure sections of your website. They're unnecessarily restrictive and often rely on the user being able to use html and be able to create and manipulate images .... we don't believe this is something in the remit of an accountant or a solicitor! So as part of our package we provide the complete maintenance solution, all our customers have to do is email any updates to us and our graphics team will process them within 2 working days, although 90% of our updates they are done on the same working day ... and customers can send us as many updates as they like a month at no extra charge.
- Newswires ... our inhouse designed, database driven system allows for news items to be added to a website (on a global level and an account-by-account level) and emailed out to the accountants and solicitors clients. Typically we send over 100,000 monthly newswire emails.The content is provided by the publishing departments of our partners.
- Search .. our site search system trawls all the pages and documents within every website to produce the site results, allowing search results for html pages, database driven pages and PDFs all to be shown alongside each other.
- SEO ... we build every website to make it search engine friendly, so that the search engine robots can easily catalogue a site. We provide online web stats for every site to show how many visitors, how often, what pages they're visiting ...in fact everything you need to see what's happening. Our SEO systems also provide online reporting and recording of search engine positioning.
- Registration ... our inhouse designed, database driven system allow for clients, contacts and prospects to register on a website to receive free resources and subscribe to the various mailing services on offer.
- resourceMANAGER ... this is our inhouse designed, database driven system for managing the resources and factsheets within our customers websites; we provide the content via the publications departments of our partners. It allows us to make global changes to add and edit resources, and allows our customers to decide what they want to display within their account. The system offers a high level of flexibility to customise the resources as required.
