As part of our Mercia totalSOLUTION and Practice Track Online website services we provide a FREE Christmas eCARD service. The aim is to raise as much money as possible for national and local charities, in 2020 a fantastic £19,329 was donated by our customers!
With Christmas fast approaching the 2021 eCARD service is now live and we are taking orders. The eCARD can provide a seasonal message and, if you wish, details of your office opening hours over the Christmas period. It will also include your logo and corporate colours.
Ordering your eCARD
- Log in to controlPANEL
- Mercia totalSOLUTION: go to www.yourfirmonline.co.uk and click on Client Login
- Practice Track Online: go to www.practicetrackonline.co.uk and click on Client Login
- Click on Christmas eCARDS in the left hand menu, or on the home page link. This will take you to our order form which will guide you through the information required. The form will help you to:
- Select your design
- Tell us what message and/or greeting you would like to include
- Let us know how you would like your donation to be split and the name of your local charity (if this option is chosen)
Timings
- Your order will be processed in November/early December and we will email you a proof to review.
- Your order must be placed by 1st December 2021 (to allow our design team time to create your card).
- The eCARDS will be emailed out to your contacts on Thursday 16th December 2021.

They will be sent to all subscribed contacts in contactMANAGER. To update your contacts, log in to controlPANEL or email support@accsys.org
Q: Which charities will benefit?
We offer this service FREE OF CHARGE in order to support as many charities as possible. We hope that in return for this you will make a donation to one of the national charities listed in the eCARDS system or a local charity of your choice. The donation can be split in any combination.

If your subscription includes emails (resourceCENTRE with emails or resource EXTRA) then yes you can order eCARDS.
